Our owners, Kelley and Clay, were both born and raised in Lee County, Florida and are lifetime residents. They enjoy working outside and even spend much of their free time in the great outdoors. They believe that by being honest, hardworking and dependable their reputation and results will help ensure their success.
Kelley Crocker

Kelley founded Crocker Land Development, LLC. (CLD) with his son, Clay, in 2009. Since its inception, Kelley has had a role in every project no matter how big or small. Prior to co-founding CLD, Kelley worked for the Lee County Electric Cooperative (LCEC) for over 31 years. Kelley started at LCEC in their labor pool and worked his way up to Department Manager of four different departments including Transportation and Property Management.
Clay Crocker

Certified Residential Contractor
Clay helped found Crocker Land Development, LLC. (CLD) in 2009 and has worked in a multitude of projects since then. Clay's experience prior to CLD includes over 5 years at Barraco and Associates, Inc., a local civil engineering and surveying firm. Clay served as a field surveyor and worked his way up to Crew Chief and was responsible for construction stake out and as-built data collection.
